Where is Linen & Letters located? We are located in Warrington, Cheshire, UK WA2 0AR.

Is Linen & Letters open to the public or does it have a 'Bricks and Mortar' Shop? Linen and Letters is not open to the public.  It is a web based retailer shipping handmade items online since 2010.

What makes Linen & Letters so unique? All of our items are designed and handmade in our own work room using quality European linen, laces and trims.  They can be personalised with machine embroidered monograms using a selection of coloured threads making them ideal as wedding and baby gifts, custom items for your home or to enhance a brand for a boutique business.

How do I place an Order? You can place an order directly on the website and If you need assistance just send us a message as we are always glad to help.

What are your Payment Options? We use secure payment methods via Paypal or direct payments using any major credit card.

What is you Custom Order Policy? Since custom orders are made specifically for you, they are not returnable for any reason other than your goods being damaged during shipping. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed. Custom orders usually ship within 30 days depending on the amount of work involved. In addition and due to the nature of handmade please allow a leeway tolerance of (+)or(-) 1cm in length & width of your curtains.

What is your Photo Variation Policy? All our items are photographed in real settings using as much natural light as possible. The images are displayed to the best of our ability within the limits of the internet and computer graphics. Unfortunately, individual computer screens display colours in vastly different spectrums so I cannot guarantee that the image you see, accurately portrays the actual item colour, texture or pattern.

What is your Pricing Policy? Occasionally, we hold sale events and promotions. Previously placed orders are not eligible for pricing decreases or subject to pricing increases.
